The best conversation about a premium e-bike happens on one. Our showroom sits on a farm at Little Dartmouth with a coastal bridleway out of the door, so you test the bikes on real Devon hills, not a car park. Free, by appointment, and no hard sell.

You ride the shortlist
Book a test ride at Little Dartmouth and ride the contenders back to back on proper hills. The difference is usually obvious within a mile.
Built for you
Most bikes are factory orders configured exactly to your spec, with Cycle to Work and 0% finance at no extra cost.
Delivery and handover
- Free expert delivery and handover across the South West: Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Herefordshire and South Wales.
- Free specialist bike courier delivery for the rest of England and Wales.
- Edinburgh and Glasgow: specialist courier delivery for £249. Elsewhere in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands: contact us for a quote.
- Free collection at Little Dartmouth by appointment.
Servicing
Every bike we sell is looked after for life, starting with a free return-to-base check-up four weeks after delivery.
Workshop servicing at Little Dartmouth
- Full service: £180, carried out by mechanics who work on these bikes every day.
- Additional workshop labour at £90 per hour.
- Existing customers get 30% off labour. Buy from us and your bike is our problem too.
Can't get to us?
- Collection and return from £1 per mile, calculated from Dartmouth or Bristol, whichever is closer to you.
- Mobile servicing across the Bristol and Gloucestershire area at the same rates.
- Product support by phone and email, and help with any manufacturer warranty needs.

Why we do it this way
We are not a high-street bike shop. We are riders on a farm above the Dart who sell the bikes we ride, film our journeys, and look after every bike that leaves here. Fewer bikes, better chosen, properly handed over and properly supported. That is the whole idea.
