The Superdelite5 is Riese & Müller’s ultimate long-distance, full-suspension touring e-bike, built to carry you further on tarmac, bridleways and rough tracks with comfort and control. Its DualBattery 1,200 Wh system is fully integrated into the frame (a CompactTube 400 plus a PowerTube 800), delivering huge real-world range for day-long rides and loaded adventures.

Power comes from Bosch’s latest Performance Line CX motor with up to 120 Nm of torque for confident climbing and headwind days, with the Performance Line Speed available where permitted. The responsive Riese & Müller Control Technology chassis adds 120 mm front and 110 mm rear travel (Fox AWL 34 / Fox Float Rhythm) to keep the bike composed and your line precise.

For drivetrains, choose what suits your riding:

• Vario with Enviolo continuous hub gears and a Gates Carbon Belt

• Rohloff E-14 electronic hub gears with Gates belt for the lowest maintenance and crisp, button-press shifts

Ride into the night with the powerful Supernova M99 headlight with main beam and integrated brake light, and add Bosch eBike ABS for extra reassurance on wet descents. Wide 27.5-inch wheels with 62 mm tyres smooth out broken surfaces, while co-sprung front and rear carriers keep luggage stable and the handling predictable.

Security and smarts are standard. The frame includes the RX Chip and a year of ConnectRide Free for location tracking, a motion alarm and automatic ride logging, all from your phone. The Superdelite5 frame is made in Portugal using around 40% recycled aluminium, with neat motor and shock protection to shrug off grime on winter rides.

1. Choose your bike. Pick the specification, frame size and colour. The price updates as you go.

2. Add your options. Choose any factory options and accessories from the bike image below. Anything fitted at the factory has to be specified now, so if you are unsure, leave it and we will talk it through with you.

3. Check out with a 10% deposit. The balance is only due once your bike is built and ready to come to you.

4. We call you. Within one working day (Tuesday to Friday) we go through the whole build: sizing, drivetrain, battery, display, brakes, racks, tyres and accessories. Nothing goes to the factory until you are happy with it, and you can change or cancel anything up to that point.

5. We place the order and keep you posted. We confirm an estimated delivery window before the order goes in, and flag anything in your specification that extends it.

6. We build it and hand it over. Every bike is checked and built by our Cytech qualified mechanic at our workshop at Little Dartmouth before it goes anywhere. Free delivery throughout England and Wales, fully built, or free collection from us by appointment.

Riese & Müller dropped the centimetre frame labels for 2027, so a 47 cm is now Medium, a 51 cm is Large and a 56 cm is Extra Large. The frames themselves have not changed, only the names.

• Medium: riders 1.70 to 1.80 m (approx 5'7" to 5'11")
• Large: riders 1.75 to 1.90 m (approx 5'9" to 6'3")
• Extra Large: riders 1.80 to 2.00 m (approx 5'11" to 6'7")

Deposit: 10% of your order value, taken at checkout.

Fully refundable until you confirm. Your deposit is refundable right up to the moment you confirm the final specification with us. If you change your mind before then, you get it back.

Balance: due once your bike is built and before it is delivered or collected.

Our review call or email: within one working day (Tuesday to Friday) we go through sizing, drivetrain, battery, display, brakes, racks, tyres and any accessories with you.

Changes before confirmation: change anything, or cancel altogether. Your deposit is refunded if you decide not to go ahead.

After confirmation: we place the order with the factory and keep you updated through to build, checks and handover. If anything changes materially at the factory end, we will talk through the alternatives with you, including cancelling.

Lead time: we confirm an estimated delivery window before placing the factory order, and tell you if any option you have chosen extends it.

Delivery: your bike is fully built and checked at our workshop at Little Dartmouth, then delivered free throughout England and Wales, or collected from us by appointment.

These bikes are built to order. When you place an order, Riese & Müller build that exact bike for you: your frame size, your drivetrain, your colour, your options. It is not picked off a shelf and it cannot be sold to somebody else if the order falls through.

The deposit confirms that build slot with the factory and lets us commit to it on your behalf. It is 10% of the order value, and it is fully refundable until you confirm the final specification with us, which is a conversation, not a form.

It also buys you our time. Between your order and the factory order going in, we go through the whole build with you: whether the size is right, whether the drivetrain suits your riding, what you need fitted and what you do not. Most people change something at that stage, and there is no charge for it.
