ebikeist is an official Riese & Müller and Moustache dealer based at Little Dartmouth, near Dartmouth in Devon. We serve riders across the South West of England and beyond: test rides by appointment at our showroom, factory-order configuration on new bikes, free delivery and handover across our South West catchment, free specialist courier delivery for the rest of England and Wales, and a return-to-base workshop for servicing and warranty work. We specialise in premium e-bikes for trekking, touring and adventure.

Riese & Müller
Official dealer for the full current range, including Charger5, Nevo5, Delite5, Homage5, Superdelite5, Load5 and UBN. Most R&M bikes are factory orders: we help you choose the motor, gearing, battery and options, then configure the bike with the factory exactly as you want it.
Moustache
Official UK dealer for Moustache, the French brand known for clever frame design and natural handling, from the Lundi city bikes to the Clutch trail range. Stock bikes are available to ride at the showroom.

Test rides on real Devon hills
From the showroom door you are on a coastal bridleway in minutes, then quiet lanes with proper gradients. It is the right way to feel what a premium e-bike actually does, and to ride the bikes on your shortlist back to back. Test rides are free, by appointment, with no pressure to buy.
Looked after, long after the sale
- Free four-week check-up. Every new bike comes back to us for a return-to-base check-up four weeks after delivery.
- Workshop servicing. Servicing, specialist repairs and collection from our Little Dartmouth workshop, with discounted labour for existing customers. Prices and details in Who will maintain my bike?
- Warranty, handled. As an official dealer we hold your warranty and co-ordinate any claim directly with Riese & Müller or Moustache.

A premium e-bike is a considered purchase, and the difference between a good one and the right one is configuration: motor, gearing, battery, sizing, options. That is what a specialist dealer is for. We are not a marketplace or a warehouse. Your bike is chosen in conversation, test ridden on real terrain, built to order, delivered with a full handover, and supported by the same people afterwards.
