Handling time
In-stock orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Factory order bikes are built to specification at the manufacturer. Typical lead time is 3 to 6 weeks from order. We will contact you with a firm delivery estimate once your order is placed.
Delivery options
Free expert delivery and handover (South West catchment)
For customers in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Herefordshire and South Wales, your bike is delivered personally by an ebikeist team member with a full handover. Free.
The handover includes setting the bike up to fit you, walking you through the controls and motor system, and answering any questions before we leave. We arrange a delivery date and time slot with you once the bike is ready.
Free specialist bike courier delivery (rest of England and Wales)
For customers elsewhere in England and Wales, your bike is delivered by a specialist bike courier. Free. The courier handles fully built, ready-to-ride bikes (no packaging to dispose of) and arranges delivery with you in advance.
Scotland
Edinburgh and Glasgow: specialist bike courier delivery, £249.

Accessories and non-bike items
£5 first-class delivery to mainland UK. Larger items may incur an additional cost; we will contact you if so.
Factory orders and online deposits
For factory order bikes we take a 2% refundable deposit at the point of order. The balance is taken before delivery once the bike is built and ready to ship.
Collection at Little Dartmouth
You are welcome to collect your bike from our Little Dartmouth showroom by appointment, free of charge. We will set the bike up to fit you and give you the full handover before you ride away.
Showroom opening hours:
- Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 4pm
- Saturday, 9am to 12pm
- Closed Sunday and Monday

Tracking your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking reference where applicable. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. Contact accounts@ebikeist.com if you need help with tracking.
