The XRoad FS is a true crossover e‑bike that blends urban practicality with off‑road poise. Full suspension front and rear smooths broken tarmac, towpaths and light trails while the bike still carries a rack, mudguards and lights for everyday use. The upright position keeps you relaxed and in control and the 27.5 inch wheels with wide tyres add grip and stability.

Power comes from Bosch Smart System drives matched to the build level: XRoad FS 2 uses the Performance Line motor with 75 Nm of torque, XRoad FS 4 and FS 6 step up to the Performance Line CX with 85 Nm. Battery capacity is model-specific and fully integrated in the frame – 540 Wh on FS 2, 600 Wh on FS 4, 625 Wh on FS 6 – giving confident range for commuting and weekend rides. All models use Shimano CUES drivetrains for simple, reliable shifting.

If you want one e‑bike that does Monday to Friday as well as a Saturday loop on bridleways, the XRoad FS is the practical choice with real comfort and range.

Place Your Order: First, select your desired model, size, and colour as the base bike variant. Then, simply add additional options and accessories you'd like from the image of the bike below. Then checkout. You'll be asked to pay a 2% deposit.

Order confirmation: We'll be in contact within 1 working day (Tuesday to Friday) after your order to finalise any details before your order is sent to the factory.
Lead Time & Updates: Lead times vary, but are typically 2-3 weeks. We'll confirm the estimated delivery for your chosen model before placing the factory order and then keep you updated.
Delivery: Once your bike arrives at our workshop, it undergoes a thorough quality check and build before we arrange free delivery or collection from our Kingsbridge showroom.

Small (S): for riders 1.54 – 1.69 m (approx. 5'1" – 5'7")
Medium (M): for riders 1.68 – 1.80 m (approx. 5'6" – 5'11")
Large (L): for riders 1.78 – 1.90 m (approx. 5'10" – 6'3")
X-Large (XL): for riders 1.88 – 2.00 m (approx. 6'2" – 6'7")

Deposit amount: 2% of your order value, taken at checkout.
Refundable until confirmation: Your deposit is fully refundable up to the moment you confirm the final specification with us.
Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to the delivery of your bike.
Our review call/email: We’ll contact you within one working day (Tue–Fri) to check sizing, drivetrain choice (Touring/Vario/Rohloff), battery setup (single/dual), cockpit (Kiox/Nyon), ABS, racks/tyres, and any accessories.
Lead time: We’ll share an estimated delivery window and flag any options that may extend it.
Changes before confirmation: You can change or cancel your build; your deposit is refunded if you decide not to proceed.

After confirmation: We place the order with the factory and keep you updated through to assembly/PDI and delivery or collection. If circumstances change materially (e.g., a factory constraint on your agreed spec), we’ll discuss alternatives with you, including the option to cancel.

For a factory-built bike, the right drivetrain, battery configuration, cockpit, and accessories depend on your height, terrain, load, and maintenance preferences. A quick checkout can’t capture those trade‑offs.

The small, refundable 2% deposit simply holds your place while we do a one‑to‑one review with you. We make sure the spec fits your riding, flag any options that affect lead time or price, and confirm an ETA. You’re in control -we won’t place the order until you give the final go‑ahead.

Moustache Xroad Features

The Moustache XRoad is a fully equipped, front‑suspension all‑rounder that mixes easy handling, smooth Bosch power and practical accessories for daily riding and weekend exploration.

Suspension for comfort and control

Each model features a tuned fork that matches its purpose, ranging from the NVX30 on ES to the XCR 34 Air on the 6. It softens broken surfaces and keeps the front end composed on long rides.

Racks, lights and guards ready to go

The rear carrier takes MIK accessories and QL3 panniers, the alloy mudguards stay rattle free, and the lights run from the main battery. It is a bike you can use every day without extra setup.

Bosch support that feels natural

From the relaxed Active Line Plus on ES to the punchier Performance Line PX and CX on 4 and 6, assistance is smooth and quiet. The PowerTube battery is tucked inside the frame and gives a confident range.

Easy step‑through, strong platform

Strong alloy mudguards, built-in lights, a pannier- A stiff, low stepover frame makes getting on and off simple while keeping the bike stable under load. It feels planted on rough lanes and calm in city traffic.

XROAD FAQs

ES is the most affordable with the Active Line Plus motor for relaxed riding. XRoad 2 adds the Performance Line motor and a stronger fork. XRoad 4 gains the Performance Line PX motor and a 600 Wh battery for more range. XRoad 6 steps up to the Performance Line CX motor with the LED Remote and Kiox 500 display and the widest gear range.

ES uses 500 Wh, XRoad 2 uses 540 Wh, XRoad 4 uses 600 Wh and XRoad 6 also uses 600 Wh. All are fully integrated PowerTube packs.

XRoad is a front‑suspension hybrid that is lighter and a little more efficient on smoother surfaces. XRoad FS adds a rear shock for 100 mm of travel and extra comfort on rough tracks. Choose XRoad if you spend more time on roads and paths, and XRoad FS if you want extra comfort on broken surfaces.

Typical weights sit around 26 kg depending on model and size. The maximum system weight is usually 135 kg on ES and 2, rising to about 150 kg on the higher builds. Check the spec table on your chosen model for the exact figure.

Yes. The rear carrier is MIK platform compatible and includes QL3 pannier mounts, which makes fitting child seats and bags simple and secure. This comes standard across the range.
